DELIVERY POLICY

We try to process the orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the order by us.
The delivery partner will be chosen by Village Health Care Products.
We will choose the best shipping partner that we feel fit for delivering to your address.
Our delivery partners usually take 5 to 7 working days post-dispatch from our warehouse.
Tracking links will be shared on email and status will be updated under orders on the customer account on our website.
Shipping charges are decided by Village Health Care Products. Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed on the checkout page prior ordering.
Incase of refunds for the orders, shipping amount will also be refunded fully.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery(COD).
