The appellation used for coconut oil obtained in one press is virgin coconut oil or cold-pressed coconut oil. The term one press refers to the fact that the oil is extracted from the coconut in a single pressing without using excessive heat or chemical solvents. We use the traditional sun-drying method to dry the coconut. This method helps to preserve the natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional properties of the coconut oil.
