Delivery Policy

• We try to process the orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the order by us.

• The delivery partner will be chosen by Village Health Care Products.

• We will choose the best shipping partner that we feel fit for delivering to your address.

• Our delivery partners usually take 5 to 7 working days post-dispatch from our warehouse.

• Tracking links will be shared on email and status will be updated under orders on the customer’s account on our website.

• Currently there are Zero Shipping charges for orders with any amount.

• Shipping charges are decided byVillage Health Care Products. Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed on the checkout page prior ordering.

• Incase of refunds for the orders, shipping amount will also be refunded fully.

• We currently do not accept Cash on Delivery(COD).
